Packing??? Almost DONE

Ahhhaaaa... Packing mood sudah mariii... Deuter aircomfort for my stuff abroad was in left. Camel Active for my electronic part & also for my important stuff such as boarding pass, hotel booking, passport, million money there n etc. And the last one is Body Glove white in colour. Inside that is all my stuff for I'm wearing during weekend in KL. Hopefully by tomorrow after working hour, pick up all the stuff n lari rumah for a whole week. Kikiki... Enjoy myself yaaaa... Weehhhaaa!!!

Stok makanan

Kali ni bawa stok mknan sket jek. P pun x lama. 4 hari 3 mlm je pun. Snickers mcm biasa. Mee segera bw 2 bungkus je... Mee sedap goreng ngan bihun pama. Lozenges bawa 2 jenis fisherman's friend & dequadin sebab skrg tgh sore throat & batuk sket. Biskut bawa 3 jenis oat krunch hazelnut, mini chipsmore & oreo ori. Minuman bawa 2, kopi o hang tuah & oat chocs nesvita. Tak lupa jugak maruku, kuaci serta asam masin. Dijangka kali ni, mknan halal mudah diperolehi.

Burger For Dinner

Walawehhhh!!! Having a dinner with simple homemade double burger. What a busy day today??? Adoiyaiiii... A whole day my office was in Toyota Fortuner. No break from 9am-5.00pm. Going back to main office and now I'm in my home sweet home. Today journey Bandar Melaka-Bukit Beruang-Tangga Batu-Durian Tunggal-Batang Melaka-Merlimau-Bukit Lintang-Bandar Melaka. So... Made a simple dinner enough! Huhuhu...

Mee Goreng

Dinner tonite... We're having moist fried mee or mee goreng lembab with big prawn and cockles. Walawehhh... Was ate with homemade greeny chilies pickles. Do not turn anymore hokay! Just focus on your plate. A few day before leaving for short vacation. I'm nervous... Huhu! Abroad again but with my bff chegu chapija as my partner. For da 1st time abroad with her. And the most important thing, I'm in a not really good condition. Flu, cough also fever really make me worried. Huhuhu...

Mangga

Jom petik2 kutip2 mangga... Kat mana lagi... Kebun kat blkg umah la. Tadi mkn mangga masa breakfast smtra tunggu encik gas dtg tukar tong gas yg dah kosong tu. Pepagi buat hal betul la. Ilang mood masak. Ganti dgn dinner mlm ni la. Jap lagi mau masak mee goreng lembab2. Ni mangga Melaka Delight. Anak pokoknya beli kat Jabatan Pertanian. Umo 2 tahun je dah banyak buah. Tanam pokok ni banyak... Jangka dalam bulan depan lg byk buah yg leh harvest. Yummy...

Bubur Kacang Merah

Idea best makan bubur kacang dgn biskut lemak ni... Suka kacang merah pasal kacangnya bila rebus lmbt pecah. Tips utk dpt kacang rasa manis, rebus dulu kacang dgn gula & daun pandan sampai empuk. Pastu baru masak dgn santan. Walawehhh... Best kan ❤❤❤

Resipi Sotong Masak Lemak Cili Padi

Kongsi lagi 1 resipi yg dimasak tghr td. Masa tgh bersih2kan sotong, tgk banyak yg ade telur. Tu yg amek kptsan wat masak lemak. Kerat2 sotong gini supaya telurnya x terkeluar. Cara kerat gini, dulu kak Nor Ganu ajar. Yg blog secubit garam tu. hehe... Jom tgk resipi mudah ni ❤

Bahan2:-
- 3 btg serai... 1 guna utk titik. 2 lg hiris utk blend
- 4 helai daun limau purut
- 25 biji cili padi
- 3 keping kecil asam keping
- 1 kg sotong bersihkan
- 1 biji terung panjang potong kecil
- kunyit
- 1/2 biji kelapa parut

Cara masaknya:-
1. Kisar cili padi & 2 btg serai
2. Masukkan dlm periuk dan letak semua bahan kecuali kelapa parut. Matikan air lada tersebut.
3. Perah kelapa & biar api kecil je. Siap

Resipi Kerabu Taugeh + Kerang

Dah makan semua? Mcm biasa wekend main masak2. Salah satu menu hari ni ialah kerabu taugeh + kerang. Sedap lauk2 gini. Igt nk buat pucuk paku td. Tapi masa x mencukupi nak buat gitu. Mungkin esok pulak kot ye. Hehe... Jom tgk resipi cecampak tadi

Bahan2:-
- isi kerang rebus 1 cawan
- bawang besar sebiji hiris nipis
- 4 sudu besar kerisik
- cili merah sebiji
- cili padi 5 biji
- taugeh semangkuk besar
- gula & garam secukup rasa
- air limau nipis 1 sudu besar

Cara2 membuatnya:-
1. Masak air smp mendidih. Curah dlm mangkuk taugeh & tos. Jgn smp lembik pulak
2. Bawang besar, cili merah & cili padi hiris nipis.
3. Campur semua bahan kecuali taugeh. Gaul rata.
4. Masukkan taugeh pula & gaul sebati. SIAP

Resipi Sulur Keladi Ikan Masin Asam Rebus

Jom review resipi asam rebus lak... sedap dimakan, senang dimasak. Cuma masa penyediaan utk bersihkan sulur keladi tu je agak lama.


Bahan2:-

Sulur keladi 1kg (beli timbang sblm bersihkan kulit2nya)
Cili padi 10 biji
Cili merah besar 6 biji
Bunga kantan sekuntum
Bawang besar 1 biji
Ikan talang masin sekeping besar yg dipotong selebar 2 jari (dpt dlm 5 dah le)
Ikan bilis 15 ekor
Asam gelugor/keping 4 keping
Air


Cara2 memasaknya:-
1. Bersih kulit sulur keladi & celur smp masak. Toskan airnya. (Tips kat sini rebus dulu isi keladi pastu baru masukkan sulur baru masak sekata)
2. Kisar ikan bilis, bwg besar, cili besar & cili padi. Tuang dlm periuk & letak air, asam gelugor/keping, ikan masin serta bunga kantan yg dibelah 4. Biarkan mendidih & cilinya masak. (tips sket... ade juga yg suka letak daun kesum sekali)
3. Masukkan keladi yg telah ditos tadi. Biar sampai masak.
4. Siap...

Tips untuk cuci tangan lepas bersihkan sulur ni sebab getah2nya.
Cuci dengan air limau nipis, kemudian gosok dgn berus dawai cuci periuk.
konpem pastu tapak tangan & jari bersih...



Taraaa... Dah siap & boleh makan.
Masa penyediaan mula drpd bersih sulur smp leh mkn ni dlm 30-45 minit gak.

Resipi Sup Kepala Ikan Merah

Hari ni kite kongsi sket resipi sup. Selain tu kite cuba bagi sket tips memilih ikan merah ni. Mcm mana nak tau ikan tu jenis keras atau lembut? Perasan tak kalau kdg2 kite pegi pasar tgk ade ikan merah tu macam kale pink2 slow jek. Kalau hat yg jenis pink slow tu isi dia keras. Nak beli yg jenis lembut... Taraaaa... Pilih hat yg kale merah terang mcm ni rega biasa klu kat sini dlm RM19~28. Tgk musim ikan le kan. Ade yg suka wat kari kepala ikan ade yg lain2 resipi. Tapi kali ni kite share2 resipi sup pulak. Kekdah guna rempah ratus yg berbiji2 ni sbb x guna sup bunjut. Memang nak goreng skali ngan bawang & rempah. Masa makan kena pilih2 la hirup supnya :). Jom tengok bahan2.

Sup Kepala Ikan Merah

Bahan2:-
@ kepala ikan merah (anggaran berat 1kg~1.5kg dibelah 2 atau 4)
@ 1 biji bwg besar hiris nipis
@ 2 inci halia hiris
@ 7 ulas bwg putih hiris
@ 2 sudu kecil ketumbar
@ 2 sudu kecil jintan manis
@ 2 sudu kecil lada hitam biji
@ 2 sudu kecil lada sulah
@ 2 batang kayu manis
@ 5 kuntum bunga lawang
@ 5 biji buah pelaga
@ 2 pokok daun saderi/sup
@ 2 sudu besar serbuk rempah sup
@ minyak utk menumis
@ air utk kuah

Cara2 memasaknya:-
1. Cuci bersih kepala ikan (klu masak kari ade org suka insangnya... Tp nk buat sup buang aihhh semuanya)
2. Cuci & Rendam semua jenis rempah biji spr ketumbar, jintan manis, lada hitam, lada sulah, bunga lawang, kulit kayu manis dgn air air panas.
3. Masak air hingga mendidih dalam periuk & masukkan kepala ikan. Air x perlu banyak cukup hanya lepas sikit je drpd paras ikan.
4. Tumis bawang besar, halia & bwg putih sampai hampir garing dalam kuali lain.
5. Masukkan rempah biji tadi. Airnya disimpan.
6. Bila rempah dah naik bau masukkan pula serbuk rempah sup yg dibancuh dgn air. Biar smp rempah tu masak.
7. Curah bahan2 tumis ke dlm periuk rebusan ikan tadi. Perasakan dengan garam.
8. Bila hampir pekat letak batang daun saderi yg dipotong seinci2
9. Bolehlah dihidangkan panas2. Klu suka letak bwg goreng putih & daun sup.

Pasar Besar, Melaka Sentral

Hari Ahad yg lepas, pegi ke pasar sini utk beli brg2 basah. Kat sini mcm kat psr2 lain juga, mcm2 hasil laut, kolam, pertanian moden, kampung, buah2an serta brg2 dapur yg kering. Kali ni cuma nak kongsi pasal nenek yg dlm gambar ni. Nama dia x tau sbb x penah tya. Tapi dia jual nasi lemak, kuih muih kdg2 ade jagung juga. Nenek ni dah lama niaga. Sejak kat pasar lama lagi dah ade dia ni. Trademark yg paling best dia akan jerit "NASI LEMAK... KARIPAP... DONUT DIK..." Suara dia akam bergema mengatasi suara peniaga2 lain. Seronok tgk dia niaga. Lokasi makcik ni di pintu besar kat tgh2, dia duduk sblh escalator naik ke tingkat atas. ❤

Laici Tempatan

Hoyeayyy!!! Buah laici kat kebun blkg umah dah masak. Leh petik2 dan mkn ye dgn segar sekali. Buah laici ni besar kan? Tengok tu 2 biji je dah penuh tapak tangan. Klu tgk bentuknya bulat mcm buah mata kucing. Pokok ini adalah hasil pemberian jiran setelah semaiannya melalui biji laici yg dibeli berhasil. Alhamdulillah, kali ni hasil mmg banyak. Dptlah jiran2 mkn buah laici ni... Moga musim buah berikutnya makin banyak lagi berbuah & ramai lagi yg boleh merasa. Amin...

Nasi Itik Panggang aka Roasted Duck Rice

I'm so busy today... My working hour today 15 minutes reached almost to twelve... Arghh!!! So tired maaa... Audit session covered up for whole state. Begin from 10 o'clock and end up till 5.30pm. My lunch today was very special menu which is roasted duck rice with lime plus for beverages. Walawehhhh!!! Superb menu laaa... Having my lunch at Arked Mara Sg Udang with my collegues. Check it out!!!

Tengahari tadi...

Masak yg ringkas2 je. Lgpun kami mkn utk tghr je pun. Mlm masing2 dah x mo mkn lauk tghr. Atau dlm erti kata lain, kdg2 x mkn kdg2 mkn tp mknan & menunya lain. Masak pun sepinggan2 je. Menu hari ni sup ayam, ayam msk kicap, smbl blcn, tauge msk taucu serta ulam raja. Ape yg kutip kat kebun ialah ulam raja & cili padi. Ape yg special? Tauge msk taucu boh rencah udang kecik. Best!!!

Serupa tapi TAK Sama

Hari ni smp Jumaat ade kursus psl keje. Tgh dgr ape lecturer tu pok pek pok pek kawan2 kat sblh ni ckp "org tu ade tokoh mcm bos kite dulu kan?"... Yg mana kak? Tuuuu... Cuba amek gambo dia tgh tongkat dagu tu. Hahaha... Sama la dari sisi tepi. Kawan2 sama tempat keje yg kenal ex-bos sume ckp gitu. Ade gak kan korang. Dari blkg, baju lengan pjg kale gitu, rambut, sideburns, tongkat dagu. Adekah akak2 sblh ni teringat bos lama? Siap suh anto pic ni kat bos lama tu. Muahaha...
